At this current stage, no. The land surrounding Windaroo Rise Estate falls under environmental protections and as such the development is exclusive to the number of lots.

Any potential buyers who place an Expression of Interest with one of our Agents and has paid the deposit amount will receive a fully formed contract based on the information in the EOI form.
